Our clients are our top priority and we cherish the relationships we have with agents and home sellers. We understand the stress involved in buying and selling homes and strive to help make things as comfortable as possible for everyone. We do this by accommodating the schedules of the agents and sellers and by taking the time to walk through your home and listening to your concerns and answering your questions. We are as flexible as we can be when it comes to scheduling staging and always finish before the agreed upon hour.  Because we work closely and in concert with the agents and photographers we become a part of the cohesive team all working together to sell your house……most times more quickly and for more money. On average, the homes we stage sell within 2-4 weeks for asking or over the asking price.  This makes us very happy!!!

 In launching our business on Bainbridge Island a few years ago, our goal was, and continues to be, to offer high end staging with a compassionate understanding of selling a home. We aim to reduce stress as much as possible for the sellers and brokers and to stage each home to attract the most potential buyers.   

Alex and her team at Art House Staging brings over 20 years of event and space design to staging your home. Our team creates an elegant and warm aesthetic to the homes we stage. We have a massive inventory of fine furniture and art and accessories to choose from so we can customize your home to accent all the best features.

Although we love and prefer staging an empty house so that we have a “blank canvas” with which to create a beautiful design, we are happy to also provide partial staging utilizing your furnishings and ours, artfully blended together. As stated above, our goal is to get your house photo ready with a stress-free approach so that you receive the most potential buyers out there. After we stage, we then trust the magic your agent provides in selling the home.

Arthouse staging has staged many homes not just on Bainbridge but also in Port Townsend, Port Orchard, Poulsbo, Suquamish, Hansville, Hood Canal areas, Bremerton and in Seattle and surrounding areas. Wherever we can assist agents and home sellers, we are happy to travel......
